A combination of impeccable academic qualifications and years of experience make Hennie the consummate professional.

Hennie obtained an MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Pretoria, as well as a certificate in Management, Research, Development and Technology Innovation from the world-renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Hennie is a member of a number of professional bodies, among them the Engineering Council of South Africa where he is registered as an engineering professional.

As Chief Operating Officer of the Total Facilities Management Company (TFMC), and as CEO of Kalibrate Facilities Management, Hennie has refined his skills in diverse fields including engineering design in the facilities management and infrastructure industries, operations management and outsourcing development, implementation and management.

Hennie’s experience is not limited to South Africa. He has vast experience of facilities management-related projects in diverse environments including Europe, Nigeria, Australia, New Zealand, Angola and the United Arab Emirates.

His defining achievements include founding TFMC and driving its evolution into a market leader within the facilities management arena, as well as establishing Kalibrate and ensuring the company differentiates itself through innovative, client-focused solutions.


Kgomotso Moroka

Kgomotso is a legal eagle in the true sense of the word. Equipped with a B. Proc degree from the University of the North and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, she has put her academic qualifications to good use.

From a modest beginning as a candidate attorney, Kgomotso has climbed the legal ladder all the way to senior council. Along the way, she has served as prosecutor, magistrate and mediator.

As a practising attorney and member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates and Judicial Services Commission, she has also served, among others, as deputy president of the Black Lawyers Association and trustee of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.

Kgomotso serves as director on the boards of a number of institutions including MultiChoice, South African Breweries and Standard Bank.

She is also the Chairman of the M-Net Empowerment Share Scheme, Phuthuma Trust, as well as Gobodio Forensic and investigative Accounting.


Robert Skinner  

Robert Skinner

Robert is acknowledged and appreciated as a leader in the construction industry.

Over the past 35 years he has gained vast experience in the broad field of construction, ranging from structural steel manufacturing and production management to operations management and commercial building construction and development projects.

Robert is a founding member of Skincon Construction and has been involved in a number of ventures that saw the merging of companies to form larger entities. He has also serves as production manager for a number of engineering products.



Jason Ngobeni  

Jason Ngobeni
Non Executive Director

Jason’s areas of expertise are finance, credit, financial risk, and treasury management.

Following a Diploma in State Finance at the University of Venda, he obtained a B Com at the same institution. Jason then furthered his studies at the University of Pretoria where he graduated with a B Com (Hons) and an MBA.

His career began at the Murray and Roberts Group followed by ABSA, the North-West Development Corporation, Decillion Treasury Services, South African Airways and the National Housing Finance Corporation.

Between 2002 and mid-2007 Jason was City Treasurer of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipal Council where he was instrumental in issuing the first Municipal Bond to be issued by a South African Local Authority.

In 2007 he was appointed as the Executive Director: Economic Development at the Council.
