Our vision
We will be recognised as the African continent’s most sought after provider of fixed asset management solutions.
This recognition will come from clients and stakeholders who experience the quality of service we render and the depth of solutions we create. We will earn it over time. In achieving this desired end state we are following a two-pronged strategy;
- Bringing together, under the Photla umbrella, select providers of critical components in the total value chain. We consider it strategically important to amalgamate and seamlessly integrate critical links of the fixed asset management value
chain. Currently Photla owns a Construction, Facilities Management and Property Management company.
- Enabling our desired future by acquiring the financial freedom to invest in, and co-fund, flagship development projects. For such projects we will assume responsibility for design, development, construction and maintenance. What’s more we will do it the Photla way. To achieve this the Photla Group of companies owns two investment funds; one for investment in commercial property and another for high technology facilities.
